"Dear Christina,

$ 150 for the shipping? Actually I buy stuff from the USA regularly and it has never been more than $ 25 for a small package. 

But if you insist on $150, then you are right, it makes no sense to buy this item, 'cause I can just buy it here for this price".

"Let me price out exactly how much it will cost to ship to you and I will give you the total tomorrow. I will find the cheapest way. In the past I have sent stuff to the Middle East and it cost so much. Is this ok with you?

I will send you an invoice through paypal for the total amount." 

"I think there is some misunderstanding. The Netherlands is actually in Europe".

Я как-то маму пригласила поехать в Гарлем (естественно, тот, который столица Северной Голландии) хорошо провести день, прогуляться по магазинам и просто по красивым улицам. Мама решила, что у меня не все дома, но скрепя сердце и скрипя сердцем, мужественно поехала. :)))
